OmniLegislation™ aggregates publicly available legal data, including legislation, court filings, and appellate opinions from government sources. This data is public record and is not considered personal information. Our platform processes and summarizes this public data using artificial intelligence to deliver alerts to subscribers.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your information for a reasonable period to fulfill any legal or business obligations, after which it will be securely deleted.

Search logs and usage data are retained for platform analytics and anti-abuse purposes and are periodically purged.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information, including:

  • Secure database hosting with access controls
  • Payment processing handled entirely by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
